Il motore Retro Synth è presente anche su MainStage (se non sbaglio a partire dalla versione 3).
Per l'altra domanda penso che nessuno meglio dell'autore possa rispondere

Ciao Ragazzi,
Mainstage supporta tutto cio' che e' in formato AU (audio units) e tutti i plug ins installati su Logic Pro X, che sono anch'essi in formato AU compreso Retro Synth.
Dal vivo suonano stupendamente!
