K-Piano for Korg Triton Classic, Triton Rack, Triton Studio, Triton Extreme, Triton LE and Triton TR is a sampled acoustic piano library created for players who want a more realistic, expressive and dynamic piano sound from their Korg workstation.
The library is inspired by the distinctive character of Kurzweil piano textures and the renowned PC3X Triple Strike Piano approach. It features three velocity layers and full-range samples, delivering a more natural response across the complete keyboard range.
Each velocity layer contributes a different tonal character, allowing softer passages to retain warmth and detail while stronger playing produces greater attack, presence and harmonic intensity. This makes K-Piano suitable for expressive live performance, studio recording and professional arrangements.
The full-range sampling structure provides a consistent piano response from the lowest bass notes to the upper register, while the three-layer architecture gives the sound greater depth and realism than a standard single-layer sampled piano.
K-Piano is compatible with the Korg Triton Series models listed below and requires at least 32 MB of installed RAM.
