Vintage Tape Expansion 06 for Nord Electro 6 is a premium sound library entirely dedicated to the legendary Mellotron M400, designed to bring vintage tape character, nostalgic texture, and expressive playability to your Nord Electro 6.
This collection includes 15 brand-new presets, based on 16.5 MB of new custom samples carefully captured to reproduce every detail of the Mellotron M400 sound, including its typical mechanical noises and unmistakable vintage behavior.
Each sample has been optimized and processed to ensure the smallest possible footprint while preserving the best possible sound quality. Since the original Mellotron M400 has only 37 keys, this library does not provide full keyboard coverage, in order to avoid unwanted artifacts caused by excessive pitch shifting.
All patches have been carefully programmed to be extremely playable and to deliver a strong sonic impact, making this expansion ideal for vintage-inspired productions and expressive live performance.
