Synth Attack for Nord Stage 2 / 2 EX is a focused sound collection created entirely with the instrument’s internal synth engine, without using any external samples.

The library includes 35 original presets, organised into 7 categories with 5 sounds each. Every patch has been programmed through the Nord Stage 2 / 2 EX synthesis architecture, combining subtractive synthesis, FM synthesis and wavetable synthesis to create a broad range of expressive and performance-ready sounds.

The keyboard section includes hybrid piano and electric piano textures such as Dream Piano, FM Piano, Synth Wurly, Hit Piano and Trance Piano, offering modern alternatives to traditional keyboard sounds.

The pad category moves from warm and spacious layers to more synthetic and atmospheric textures. V Strings, Space Harp, Phaser Pad, String Theory and Alone Pad provide useful backgrounds for ambient, cinematic, progressive and electronic arrangements.

The lead section includes expressive and cutting solo sounds such as Wailing Lead, Midnight Lead, Sync Lead, Noise Lead and Mini Lead, designed for live performance, melodic passages and high-energy keyboard solos.

The synth category adds powerful performance sounds through Main Riff, New Guitar, In Your Face, Trance Hero and Strato, while the bass section covers clean, distorted, dubstep, club and synchronized low-end textures.

The FX category introduces atmospheric and experimental sounds, including They Lives, Under Water, Birds, Bubbles and Tomorrow. The final bonus section expands the collection with arpeggiated, melodic and rhythmic textures.
