The Famous Synth XL for Nord Stage 3 is an expanded collection of 33 custom presets programmed for the Nord Stage 3 synth engine, inspired by some of the most recognizable synth sounds of the 80s and 90s.
Built using subtractive synthesis, FM synthesis and wavetable synthesis, this XL edition recreates a wide range of iconic tones connected to pop, rock, dance, funk and electronic music. The library includes expressive synth leads, analog-style basses, digital choir textures, famous keyboard sounds, vintage strings, brass-style patches, vocal-style tones, piano-inspired sounds and performance-ready poly synth textures.
On selected presets, The Famous Synth XL also implements the drum loop function, allowing players to accompany their performances with rhythmic elements directly inside the patch. This makes the collection especially useful for live keyboardists who need inspiring, self-contained sounds for performance, rehearsal and creative playing.
From Jump-style synth brass, Korg M1-inspired piano tones and 80s synth keys to Daft-inspired voices, Depeche-style choirs, analog basses, Popcorn-style electronic leads, Children-inspired textures and classic dance-pop sounds, this library gives Nord Stage 3 users a larger and more performance-oriented sound palette.
