Leads Pack MKII for Yamaha S90 ES is an updated lead sound collection based on the first lead pack programmed by Fabio Piras, redesigned to give keyboard players a more expressive and characterful playing experience.
The pack includes 16 presets, divided into Master Mode and Performance User 1 sections. This updated version improves the original sounds with more personality, stronger response and refined programming, while keeping selected older versions as bonus material.
The collection focuses on progressive rock and metal-style leads, analog-inspired tones, distorted wah leads, vintage synth textures and song-based performance setups. It includes sounds inspired by Dream Theater, Jordan Rudess, Kevin Moore, Derek Sherinian, PFM, Rush and Pink Floyd.
Several presets include real-time controls through aftertouch, modulation wheel, layered parts and performance-oriented programming. The sound references include Octavarium, Images and Words, Shine On You Crazy Diamond, Tom Sawyer, Beneath the Surface and This Is the Life.
