I need to reload all my purchased packs.
Whenever I try to do it I get a Error message

I have only downloaded them once

Hi How can I clean up my Korg Kronos so it takes away whatever I have loaded?
some sort of reset back to factory settings.

I want to start all over again because it is so much errors done by me.
