FPL004 Download limit reached – unable to access my purchase

Hello,

I’m posting here because I purchased the product FPL004 - PF Cover EXP - Nord Stage 3 ( 41 presets ), but I have not been able to download it successfully. I initially attempted the download and although the file was never downloaded or saved, the attempts were counted and I now receive the message “Maximum number of downloads reached.”
I have already contacted support by email and also sent a kind reminder, but unfortunately I have not received any response yet.
Could an administrator please assist me by resetting the download counter or providing a new download link?
