Images Cover Pack is a complete Dream Theater-inspired sound collection created for Korg M3, M50, Krome and Krome EX, designed to provide all the keyboard sounds required to perform the full Images and Words studio album.
The collection includes 89 carefully programmed patches, organised in album order across Program Bank E and Combi Bank D. Each sound follows the musical sequence of the record, allowing keyboard players to move track by track and section by section through the complete album.
For a smoother live workflow, it is recommended to assign the switch pedal to Program Up. This makes it possible to advance through the sounds in sequence without interrupting the performance, providing an efficient setup for concerts, rehearsals, tribute shows and full-album productions.
The pack recreates within a single workstation the broad keyboard palette associated with the three instruments used by Kevin Moore during the Images and Words era and world tour. Its sonic range includes expressive pianos, layered strings, organs, percussive vocal stacks, DW8000-inspired leads, soft synth leads, saxophone layers, square-wave solos, choir textures, groove combinations and complex split or layered performance setups.
The patches cover the full album sequence, including sounds inspired by Pull Me Under, Another Day, Take the Time, Surrounded, Metropolis—Part I, Under a Glass Moon, Wait for Sleep and Learning to Live.
Repeated patch names are intentionally preserved because they correspond to specific positions and recurring sounds within the album performance sequence.
